संसारको धेरै गरिबी र पीडाको मुटुमा स्वास्थ्य हो। जब समुदायहरूसँग पर्याप्त खाना हुँदैन, जब तिनीहरू असुरक्षित पानीका स्रोतहरूमा निर्भर हुन्छन्, जब तिनीहरूसँग भरपर्दो स्वास्थ्य सहायताको पहुँच हुँदैन, प्रत्येक जीवनले पीडा भोग्छ।

ADRA नेपाल हाम्रो समुदाय र स्वास्थ्य सुदृढीकरण दृष्टिकोणहरू मार्फत समुदायहरूसँग काम गर्दछ; वकालत, माग उत्पादन, क्षमता निर्माण मार्फत सरकारी निकायहरूसँग र प्रभावकारी साझेदारीलाई सशक्त बनाउन हाम्रा साथीहरूसँग।
हाम्रा कार्यक्रमहरूमा मातृ र नवजात शिशु स्वास्थ्य, परिवार नियोजन, किशोर यौन तथा प्रजनन स्वास्थ्य, पानी, सरसफाइ र स्वच्छता र कोभिड-१९ समर्थन समावेश छ।

Health Reform Project
The Health Reform Project, supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Japan, tackles child malnutrition and public health concerns in Bardiya, Nepal. This 3-year initiative aims to reform the health status of residents through sustainable nutrition and an improved water sanitation environment using multifaceted approaches such as improving administrative governance, infrastructure development and increasing awareness of local people and government employees, leading to a healthier Bardiya.
UNFPA Project 2023
UNFPA Project 2023 सरकारको स्वास्थ्य प्रणाली सुधार गर्न राष्ट्रिय आपूर्ति योजनालाई बलियो बनाउन सरकारसँग काम गरिरहेको छ। आपूर्ति चेनहरूले अन्तिम माइल आश्वासन सुनिश्चित गरेर पूर्वानुमानदेखि समग्र रसद व्यवस्थापनमा स्वास्थ्य प्रणालीलाई बलियो बनाउन समर्थन गर्दछ। यस परियोजनाले लजिस्टिक व्यवस्थापन प्रणालीलाई सुदृढ गर्दै नियमित उपभोग्य वस्तुको आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित गर्दै आधुनिक गर्भनिरोधकका लागि सबैभन्दा कठिन महिला र केटीहरूको आवश्यकताहरू पूरा गर्न थप रणनीतिक दृष्टिकोण सिर्जना गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
मातृ स्वास्थ्य र बाल पोषण परियोजना
The Maternal, Neonatal, Child Health and Nutrition Project, funded by ADRA Netherlands and ADRA International is improving health outcomes for young children and pregnant and lactating mothers in the Mahottari and Sarlahi district of Madhesh Province, where there are high levels of malnutrition. Through this project, we are providing technical assistance at the national and provincial levels and strengthening screening and growth monitoring services at the local level. This project is implemented to uplift the demand as well as the supply side of the MNCHN services through deputing Community Health Facilitators as well as care group volunteers. We are also educating community-level mother groups about nutrition and breastfeeding. This project is collaborating with the local agriculture sector to improve access to diverse, locally available foods for impoverished, food-insecure, and vulnerable households.
WISH II
Women’s Health and Immunization Support for Health (WISH II) Project is funded by ADRA UK and ADRA International. We are reaching women through health camps to provide them with reproductive health services focused on screening, treatment, and follow-up care for pelvic organ prolapse and cervical cancer. The health camp model helps us reach women in extremely poor communities or those who face discrimination. They often cannot attend government services or do not realize they can seek help for their symptoms. The project will also raise awareness of women’s health issues and their prevention in the target communities by developing school health champions as well as counseling about nutrition.
