For the past 29 years, I have served as a Female Community Health Volunteer (FCHV), driven by a personal experience of lacking knowledge during my first childbirth. This motivated me to learn and help others. Through the Health Reform Project, I received training in Maternal, Infant, and Young Child Nutrition (MIYCH), which deepened my understanding of maternal and child health. I now lead monthly mothers' group meetings in my community. I’m proud to report zero maternal deaths or malnutrition cases in my ward. Supporting mothers with accurate health information has become both my passion and life’s purpose.

The birth of a cross-Jersey calf, a result of the artificial insemination program with sexed semen. In the TERAI Project, we are increasing the milk production of cows and buffalo through improved care and farming practices as well as breed improvement. Increased milk yields leads to improved livelihoods and brighter futures for smallholder farming families.
