As part of its initiation to empower adolescent girls from unreached community, ADRA Nepal has been conducting life skill training locally called Rupantaran (transformation) in different five districts of Nepal. Recently a ToT training on Rupantaran was organized for four social mobilizers and 12 adolescent girls who are expected to spread their learning as change agents. After TOT Training, the social Mobilisers are providing weekly sessions to 100 adolescents at Triveni and as well as 100 adolescent at Swamikartik in Bajura, a remote hilly district, on Rupantaran package.
The initiatives are carried out in Rautahat, Sarlahi, Achham, Bajura and Arghakhanchi districts under UNFPP project implemented by ADRA Nepal with the funding from UNFPA Nepal.
