ADRA Nepal is implementing two years Building Resilience to Disaster by Promoting and Mainstreaming Disaster Risk Management and Resilience Initiative-BURDAN Project in Kavre and Dhading Districts of Nepal partnering with local implementing partners, which is being phased out from December 2018. Over the period, project has been able to produce significant impacts in the targeted schools and the catchment communities.

To capture the impacts generated by the project and to document best models, approaches and practices, recently ADRA has conducted an in-house internal evaluation /effectiveness review of project applying the agreed framework. All the data collected from field has been entered and draft inception report has also been produced. To improve the quality of document, ADRA would like to get short-term consultancy services from the consulting firm or individuals (VAT Registered) to produce quality evaluation inception and final review report accommodating all the comments received from internal staff members and ADRA’s stakeholders.

Once the Inception Report is finalized and agreed, we would like to mobilize expertise of firm or individual to prepare final evaluation report following the format outlined in TOR for Consultancy Service.

For the first assignment, we have allocated 5-working days and for the second part, it is 10 working days.

Consulting firm or individuals are requested to submit a brief proposal with budget and candidate’s CV who will be involved in producing the aforementioned documents by 5th of November 2018 in an address given below:
