A Project Agreement has been signed between Social Welfare Council (SWC) and ADRA Nepal on 12 Feb 2019 for the implementation of a health project in Banke district. Following the agreement, ADRA Nepal will implement ‘Improvement of New Born and Child Health (IMNCH) Project in Banke district of Nepal for three years. The project agreement was signed by SWC Member Secretary Rajendra Kumar Paudel and ADRA Nepal Acting Country Director Yubraj Chaudhary.
ADRA Nepal with the main of objective is to support in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals by improving maternal, newborn and child health services, strengthening health systems, health governance in the decentralized structure and addressing deep-rooted inequities in Banke district of Nepal. The project is funded by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) of Japan through ADRA Japan ADRA Japan.
This project will be implemented in close coordination and collaboration with Provincial and local government, DPHO, HFs, partner NGO, community level networks and volunteers.
