Teacher realized the importance of education

One of the students studying in my 9th grade class left the school after her first menstruation. I think it is due to our ignorance. We did not talk about the physical, mental and emotional changes among adolescence in the classroom. If we taught about these changes among adolescence, then she might not have left school. A one day workshop organized by ADRA Nepal and NRCS made us conscious about the changes among adolescence and the necessity to talk about these with students.
